What you may wonder happened
when I was eleven that changed me
from a rebelious youngster
to an obessed bird watcher.
When I was in the seventh grade
in Jamestown in western New York
my teacher started a Junior Audubun
Club. The club piqued my interesting
in bird but one incident hooked me
on the birds for life. I can even remember the
date April 8 1920 about 9:00 in the morning.
