There is a fourth state 

of matter called Plasma

Plasma forms when a gas

gets so hot its atom start

to lose their electrons.

As the electrons break

of charged particles. The

sun is made from plasma.

So is lighting So are 

these northern lights. Any

element can form plasma 

given the right high energy

condition.
