LIST OF RECIPE FOOD PUMPKIN BREAD
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 (1 lb) can pumpkin
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- Mix all ingredients well
- Pour into 2 well greased
- floured loaf pans
- Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour.

LIST OF FOOD RECIPE TUNA MOUSSE
- 1 can of tomato soup
- 1 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper chopped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (13 oz) can family size tuna (or 2 smaller can)
- Pour soup into saucepan
- Sprinkle gelatin on top
- heat until gelatin dissolves
- Pour above into large mixing bowl
- Beat in cream cheese until lumps dissolve
- add all other ingredients
- mix all together
- pour into a mold which has been greased with Pam
- Chill garnish
- serve with crackers or small party bread.

LIST OF FOOD RECIPE ARTICHOKE DIP
- 1 (8 oz) can artichokes drained and cut into sm pieces
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 scallion or 1/4 onion chopped
- Mix all ingredients together
- put into small ovenproof
- baking dish
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly
- brown on top
- Serve as dip with Triscuits or other crackers
