Address-an address is the name of a place. You put an address on a letter to tell the office where to send it. 

Afraid- to be afraid means to think something bad happen to you. Some people are afraid of the dark. 

After- after means following. After the ball game we went home. Steve ran fast when his brother came after him. 

Afternoon-Afternoon is the part of day between noon and sunset. Afternoon are short in the winter and long in summer.
